Built in 1856 as the Devonshire Arms Hotel , this four star residence provides 3 luxury self contained suites for discerning guests. Each suite comprises romantic bedroom with antique queensized beds, quality bedding, large 2 person spa in superior bathroom, fully equipped kitchens with provisions for cooked or continental breakfast. A bottle of local red or white wine, chocolates and port are also included. Reverse cycle air conditioning/heating, cosy fire (firewood supplied) as well as TV/DVD in each private lounge. Property also includes guest laundry and a terraced patio with barbeque facilities overlooking large private gardens. Devonshire House is an ideal base to explore the many attractions the Clare Valley has to offer. Experience the history and the charm of a bygone era. Ideal accomodation for that "special" romantic occasion or group bookings. The residence is deliberatley limited to 10 guests at any one time.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation notified 30 days or more prior to arrival date will be entitled to a refund of the deposit / money paid less minimum $75 AUD.
Cancellations notified 14 days or less prior to arrival date and where the guest has entered an agreement to make final payment on the day of arrival the guest remains liable for the full payment. Payment will be invoiced to the guest and / or charged to any security held by this service.
Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit the full deposit / money paid.
When a booking has been made 14 days or less prior to arrival date and cancelled the full deposit / money paid will be forfeited.
DAMAGES / SMOKING / CLEANING POLICY
All services booked through Accommodation Getaways Reservation Service are subject to an accidental / willful damage policy a no smoking policy and an excess cleaning policy. Where the individual services confront interruption to business or unreasonable delay and expense in business operations the responsible guest will be charged accordingly.
Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel.
